With 32+ years in customer-focused sales and leadership roles at Fortune 100 and 500 companies, Ernie brings a strategy-first, negotiation-forward approach to residential real estate. His background as a Sales Rep, Sales Manager, Territory Manager, and Regional Sales Manager shaped a career built on execution, accountability, and results.
